Quarantine Day 56

I’ve never seen the Hofburg so empty. Usually a million tourists in front of it.

A stroll around Vienna. We are only on a modified lockdown now. Bars, restaurants and cafes are still closed, but re-opening Friday! Hairdressers are open, stores are open. But people are still telecommuting. Still a bit quiet and eerie.

The Ubahn (underground/subway) is happy to see us! Loosely translated: We are happy to see you again! (Wonderful that you are here again)

People can’t hang out in cafes so…
